If within 10 days of receiving your instrument you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund (you pay shipping and insurance). Be sure to package the undamaged instrument the same way you received it and ship it back. The instrument must be insured against shipping damage for the full price. We will promptly refund the full price to you upon a damage inspection conducted by Rienks Guitars. If any damage occurs to the instrument while in your possesion, Rienks Guitars reserves the right to hold the customer financially responsible for the repair or replacement (at the discression of Rienks Guitars) of the damaged area or part.
